Heavy Slack Wax - SW40: SW are by-product from solvent de-waxing process, provide a broad range of melting points and physical and performance characteristics that are suitable for use in various product and process applications.

Application: This product is used as blending components or waterproofing agents in the manufacture of various industrial products such as candles, polishes, matches, inks, carbon paper and externally can be applied as good dust suppressants or controlled-release agents for various chemical and fertilizers.

12-16%: higher melting and congealing point, this grade has about 15% oil content. It is product of petroleum refining, in last years we consider that as waste of the refineries and will pay to get rid of this product but now it is so useful that customers will book & purchase slack Wax of most off the refineries, some month before producing.

8-12%: Heavy slack wax 12% oil content has higher melting and congealing point comparing to light grade slack wax. Slack wax heavy grade 12% oil content is product of petroleum refining, in last years heavy slack wax considered as waste of the refineries and they paid to get rid of this product but now heavy slack wax 12% oil content is so useful that most of the refineries slack wax is booked and purchased some months before producing.

5-8%: 8% oil content usage is in producing wax emulsions ,polishing boards . Cable filling, paraffin wax and PVC industries.

2-5%: 2-5% oil content, has lower oil content among other grades of slack wax, packing in bags.

Packing: in drum in summer time and also we can pack them in poly amide bags during cold seasons to prevent any deformation and leakage during delivery.

Paraffin Wax

Paraffin Wax is a series of semi-refined and fully-refined paraffin waxes with narrow melting point range. It is a translucent crystalline material in the solid state and becomes a white clear liquid when molten. It is derived from Slack Wax through carefully controlled refining process. High melting point, low oil content and low penetration are among its main features.

Base Oil Groups Explained

Almost every lubricant used in plants today started off as just a base oil. The American Petroleum Institute (API) has categorized base oils into five categories (API 1509, Appendix E). The first three groups are refined from petroleum crude oil.

Group IV base oils are full synthetic (polyalphaolefin) oils. Group V is for all other base oils not included in Groups I through IV. Before all the additives are added to the mixture, lubricating oils begin as one or more of these five API groups.

Carbon Black N220/N326/N375/N330/N550/N660/N774

Carbon Black is a reinforcing filler mainly used in rubber compounds, and improvement in rubber properties is a function of basic physical and chemical properties of carbon black, including size and composite structure, particle size (surface area), active surface and porosity, fineness. Carbon black is manufactured in a wide range of surface finishes and area combinations and structures to provide maximum rubber compounding flexibility in tailoring their specific rubber compound requirements.

The most common use (70%) of carbon black is as a colorant and reinforcement stage in automobile tires. Carbon black also helps conduct heat away from the tire and tread area, reducing heat damage and increasing tire life.

Mostly it's classified with Hard grade and Soft Grade

- Hard Grade: N220/N326/N375/N33

- Soft Grade: N550/N660/N774
